when using dc1394src, if you use the same device in another process, interrupt won't work on milhouse

Description
to recreate, run a milhouse sender:
milhouse -s --videosource dc1394src --videoport 10000
and a gst-launch
gst-launch -v dc1394src ! ffmpegcolorspace ! xvimagesink
quit the gst-launch, try and kill milhouse. it won't kill with -9
