Description

initially should have just capture and output, no need to encode, payload, depayload, decode. should be at same level of abstraction as videosender/receiver*'

Fixed as of revision 4486,
to use simply do something like:
milhouse --localvideo --videosource v4l2src

eventually we might want a localaudio thing too, that should be in another ticket.
