Description
When spin receives a "refresh" message, there is no resulting series of spatOSC messages being sent to (and received by) the audio rendering client, except for:
FROM__SPATOSC: /spatosc/core/source/snd/prop setPlugin looper1~
i.e. no messages being sent such as:
/spatosc/core createListener
/spatosc/core createSoundSource
/spatosc/core connect
etc..

Had to fix this in SpatOSC and SPIN. See commits: spatosc:580b5ba and spinframework:a9cd91f
