Description
"spinframework-0.3.13~precise~ppa2" should be "spinframework-0.3.13-1~precise~ppa2".
Next should be "spinframework-0.3.13-2~precise~ppa2"
Start at 1, and then increment. (that's for Ubuntu packages in a PPA)
