Description
When sent the "debug spatosc" message, spin will report that spatosc is disabled, when the opposite is really the case.

Are you sure? It seems to work for me.
Maybe you are looking at the debug printout for spinviewer? Which does NOT have spatosc enabled because it's only enabled on the server side?
