Create more than one ticket per tables

Description
- Add next and previous buttons to the ticket panel to move between tickets of a same table.
- If there is not any next opened seat, then the software will automatically create a new ticket with a new customer.
- The feature of split tickets will be improved to easily share ticket lines between clients.
- When the delete button is clicked, the user will be asked if he wants to delete the whole table or only the selected ticket.
- Add to scripts buttons :
- one will print a bill for every client
- the other one will print a bill with all the clients command on it and their subtotal. - The kitchen script button will print all of the commands on the same paper
